Pittsfield, MA – On the heels of the Pine Haven Mobile Home Community (MHC) purchase in June, Teton has added a campus of 3 mobile home parks located in Milton, New York to its rapidly growing portfolio. These 3 communities will be merged create White Pines MHC, a single, cohesive, 61-pad community.
Teton’s newest acquisitions have designated the company as an emerging heavyweight in the MHC asset class; known for making major upgrades to holdings on day one, such as the immediate infrastructure upgrades and installation of new manufactured homes, and thereafter beating even the most optimistic predictions on returns to investment.
