Pittsfield, MA –Whaling Properties, LLC sold one of its downtown Pittsfield buildings in its portfolio today but according to Asset Manager Rebecca Weeks, Teton Management will continue managing the building as it has done for Whaling previously. “This transaction is a change in ownership, but the new owners were so pleased with how the building has been maintained, they opted to have us continue to handle this property,” she explained. “Tenants will not see a disruption in the level of service for maintenance and they will be able to continue taking advantage of our convenient online payment and communication through our property management software.
